By registering for APM2027, you agree to the event terms and conditions, including registration, payment, cancellation, transfer, and attendee conduct requirements.
Avenyx Events reserves the right to amend the event program, speakers, schedule, venue arrangements, or event format where reasonably required.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Avenyx Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove an attendee from the event where the attendee is disruptive, unsafe, or acting inappropriately.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.

All ticket prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated on the registration platform. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout via Humanitix.
A confirmation email will be issued after successful registration. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive your confirmation.

All registrations are final.
APM2027 does not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, illness, injury, or personal circumstances.
If you are no longer able to attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible delegate, subject to approval by Avenyx Events and notification before the event.
If Avenyx Events cancels the event or makes a major change to the event, attendees may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.

Student tickets are available only to eligible students.
Proof of student status may be requested before or after registration. If proof of eligibility cannot be provided, Avenyx Events may request that the attendee upgrade to the appropriate ticket category.

Dietary and accessibility requirements should be provided during registration.
Avenyx Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary and accessibility requests where possible. Late requests may not be guaranteed.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
Venue and accommodation information will be updated on the APM2027 website as details are confirmed. Attendees are encouraged to book travel and accommodation early once event details are finalised.

International attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for travel to Australia.
If you require a letter confirming your registration for visa purposes, please contact Avenyx Events after completing paid registration. Letters may only be issued to registered and paid attendees.
Avenyx Events is not responsible for visa refusal, travel disruption, border restrictions, quarantine requirements, or any costs associated with travel to Australia.
