These Terms & Conditions apply to APM2027: Aesthetic Practice Mastery 2027, including event registration, attendance, sponsorship, exhibition, website use, and related communications.
APM2027 is operated by Avenyx Pty Ltd trading as Avenyx Events.
By registering for APM2027, purchasing a ticket, attending the event, booking sponsorship or exhibition participation, submitting information through this website, or otherwise engaging with APM2027, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event details

Avenyx Events may update event details, venue arrangements, program content, speakers, schedule, format, or other event information where reasonably required.
Attendee Registration Terms
3. Registration
Registration is required to attend APM2027.
Attendees must provide accurate and complete registration information. Avenyx Events may contact attendees to verify details or request additional information where reasonably required.
Avenyx Events reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend a registration where registration details are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unpaid, ineligible, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Ticket categories
APM2027 may offer ticket categories including Early Bird, Standard, and Student tickets.
Ticket categories, prices, availability, and eligibility requirements may be updated from time to time before registration closes.
Student tickets are only available to eligible students or trainees. Proof of student or trainee status may be requested before or after registration. If proof of eligibility cannot be provided, Avenyx Events may request that the attendee upgrade to the appropriate ticket category.
5. Payment
Registration and payment will be managed securely through Humanitix or another nominated registration platform.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated on the registration platform or otherwise arranged with Avenyx Events.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout. A confirmation email will be issued after successful registration.
6. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers
All registrations are final.
APM2027 does not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, illness, injury, or personal circumstances.
If you are no longer able to attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible delegate, subject to approval by Avenyx Events and notification before the event.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Avenyx Events. The replacement delegate may be required to provide registration details, contact information, and any dietary or accessibility requirements.
If Avenyx Events cancels the event or makes a major change to the event, attendees may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Dietary and accessibility requirements
Dietary and accessibility requirements should be provided during registration.
Avenyx Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary and accessibility requests where possible. Late requests may not be guaranteed.
If you have specific accessibility needs or questions before registering, please contact Avenyx Events.
8. Travel, accommodation, passports, and visas
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, parking, transport, passports, visas, and other personal expenses.
International attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for travel to Australia.
If you require a letter confirming your registration for visa purposes, please contact Avenyx Events after completing paid registration. Letters may only be issued to registered and paid attendees.
Avenyx Events is not responsible for attendee travel, accommodation, parking, transport, visa refusal, quarantine requirements, border restrictions, or other personal costs, except where required by law.
9. Attendee conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully, professionally, and safely throughout the event.
Avenyx Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove an attendee from the event where the attendee is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, harassing, intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, breaching venue rules, or otherwise failing to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Removal from the event due to inappropriate conduct does not entitle the attendee to a refund, except where required by law.
10. Photography, video, and media
Photography, video, or audio recording may occur at APM2027 for event documentation, marketing, promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video, or other media captured at the event.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify Avenyx Events in writing before the event or speak with the event team onsite.
Attendees must not record sessions, speakers, slides, or other event content without prior written permission from Avenyx Events.
Sponsor & Exhibitor Terms
11. Sponsorship and exhibitor bookings
Sponsorship and exhibitor participation is subject to availability and approval by Avenyx Events.
A sponsorship or exhibitor booking is not confirmed until Avenyx Events has received the required booking form, written confirmation, agreement, deposit, or full payment as specified by Avenyx Events.
Avenyx Events may refuse, decline, or cancel a sponsorship or exhibitor booking where the proposed sponsor, exhibitor, product, service, conduct, or promotional activity is inconsistent with the event’s professional standards, audience, objectives, or legal and regulatory requirements.
12. Sponsorship and exhibitor entitlements
Sponsorship and exhibitor entitlements will be provided according to the relevant sponsorship package, exhibitor package, written agreement, or confirmation issued by Avenyx Events.
Entitlements may include items such as logo placement, website listing, promotional exposure, exhibitor space, delegate engagement opportunities, speaking opportunities, or other agreed benefits.
Avenyx Events will make reasonable efforts to deliver agreed entitlements. However, Avenyx Events may make reasonable changes to timing, format, placement, layout, program order, venue arrangements, or delivery method where required for operational, venue, safety, legal, or event management reasons.
No promise, warranty, or representation is made regarding the commercial outcome, number of leads, sales, attendee engagement, or business benefit a sponsor or exhibitor may receive.
13. Sponsor and exhibitor payment
All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are payable in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, booking form, proposal, or written agreement.
Avenyx Events may withhold, suspend, or withdraw sponsorship or exhibitor entitlements if payment is not received by the due date.
Sponsors and exhibitors may not be listed on the event website, event materials, onsite signage, or promotional materials until the required payment and materials have been received.
14. Logos, branding, and marketing material
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for supplying logos, advertisements, copy, artwork, and promotional materials by the deadlines specified by Avenyx Events.
Avenyx Events may edit, resize, format, reject, or request changes to sponsor or exhibitor materials where reasonably required for quality, layout, legal, regulatory, ethical, or professional reasons.
Sponsors and exhibitors warrant that they have the right to use all logos, trademarks, images, claims, and materials supplied to Avenyx Events.
Sponsors and exhibitors must not use APM2027, Avenyx Events, or Avenyx Pty Ltd branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, approval, or clinical recommendation unless expressly authorised in writing.
15. Exhibition space and onsite conduct
Where exhibitor space is provided, booth or table allocation is subject to availability, venue requirements, safety requirements, and event layout decisions made by Avenyx Events.
Avenyx Events reserves the right to amend the floor plan, relocate exhibitor space, adjust booth arrangements, or impose reasonable requirements where needed for event operations, safety, compliance, or venue management.
Exhibitors must keep their display area safe, professional, and contained within the allocated area.
Exhibitors must not engage in unlawful, misleading, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate conduct, or display material that infringes intellectual property rights or breaches applicable laws, regulations, codes, or venue rules.
16. Insurance and compliance
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, professional codes, advertising requirements, product requirements, insurance obligations, and venue requirements relevant to their participation.
Where required by Avenyx Events or the venue, exhibitors may be asked to provide evidence of public liability insurance, product liability insurance, or other relevant insurance.
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own staff, contractors, representatives, property, equipment, display materials, products, and promotional materials.
17. Sponsored sessions, speakers, and private functions
Any sponsored session, sponsored speaker, workshop, breakfast, private function, promotional session, or similar activity must be approved in writing by Avenyx Events.
Sponsored content must be professional, ethical, accurate, and appropriate for the event audience.
Sponsors and exhibitors must not imply that sponsored content is independent clinical, legal, or regulatory advice unless this has been expressly approved by Avenyx Events.
Sponsors and exhibitors must not organise private functions or competing activities that conflict with official APM2027 program sessions or event functions without prior written approval.
18. Delegate lists and privacy
Delegate or attendee lists will only be provided to sponsors or exhibitors where this has been expressly included in the relevant sponsorship or exhibitor package and where permitted by law.
Any delegate information provided must only be used for the approved event-related purpose and must not be sold, transferred, disclosed, or used for unrelated marketing, future events, or third-party purposes.
Delegate information must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, consent requirements, and the Avenyx Events Privacy Policy.
Attendees who have not consented to their details being shared will not be included in delegate lists provided to sponsors or exhibitors.
19. Sponsor and exhibitor cancellation or withdrawal
If a sponsor or exhibitor withdraws from APM2027 after booking, any refund or credit will be at the discretion of Avenyx Events and may depend on timing, costs already incurred, entitlements already delivered, and the ability to resell the sponsorship or exhibitor opportunity.
Avenyx Events may retain amounts already paid to cover administration, planning, marketing, production, venue, supplier, and other costs already incurred.
Sponsorship and exhibitor bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
20. Sponsor and exhibitor liability
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or liability caused by their staff, contractors, representatives, products, services, equipment, display materials, promotional claims, or conduct.
Sponsors and exhibitors agree to take reasonable care in and around the event venue and to comply with all reasonable directions from Avenyx Events, venue staff, contractors, and event management personnel.
General Event Terms
21. Event changes and force majeure
Avenyx Events reserves the right to amend the event program, speakers, schedule, session topics, venue arrangements, format, or event inclusions where reasonably required.
Avenyx Events will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors of material changes.
Avenyx Events is not responsible for failure, delay, disruption, cancellation, postponement, relocation, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, public health events, government restrictions, venue issues, industrial action, transport disruption, speaker unavailability, technical failure, or other unforeseen events.
Where such circumstances occur, Avenyx Events may modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event where reasonably necessary.
22. Intellectual property
All event materials, branding, website content, program materials, speaker materials, sponsorship materials, and related content remain the intellectual property of Avenyx Events or the relevant rights holder.
Attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors must not copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, record, or commercially use event materials without prior written permission.
23. Medical, legal, regulatory, and educational content
APM2027 is intended for professional education, discussion, and industry engagement.
Event content is general in nature and does not constitute legal, medical, business, financial, or regulatory advice.
Attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors are responsible for seeking their own professional advice where required.
Views expressed by speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Avenyx Events.
Participation by a sponsor or exhibitor does not constitute endorsement by Avenyx Events of any product, service, company, clinical claim, or business offering.
24. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Avenyx Events may update, amend, suspend, or remove website content at any time.
25. Privacy
Avenyx Events collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By registering for APM2027, submitting information through this website, or participating as an attendee, sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, or partner, you agree that Avenyx Events may collect and use your information for event registration, communication, administration, attendee support, sponsorship administration, legal compliance, and related purposes.

26. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avenyx Events is not liable for loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, delay, disruption, or inconvenience arising from attendance at the event, reliance on event content, travel arrangements, accommodation, third-party services, sponsor or exhibitor products or services, or matters outside Avenyx Events’ reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
27. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or APM2027 will be subject to the laws and courts of Western Australia.
