Kim Tran

Kim Tran is the Founder and CEO of La Belle Peau Skin Clinic, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2027. After graduating in Cosmetic Dermal Science from AACDS at just 18, she went on to build an award-winning career in aesthetics and entrepreneurship.
Her achievements include being named National Telstra Business Woman of the Year and recognition in WA Business News’ 40 Under 40. Under her leadership, La Belle Peau has become known for advanced non-surgical skin treatments and a multimodality approach to rejuvenation without injectables.
Kelly McChord
Founder & Director
The Glasglow Skin Clinic
Kelly McChord is a UK-trained Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience, including 20 years in emergency medicine and 15 years in cosmetic medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) from the University of Glasgow and a Master’s in Advanced Nursing from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Her further training includes qualifications in skin cancer medicine, menopause health, and reproductive and sexual health. Kelly is the owner and director of Glasgow Skin & Health Clinic and a Clinical Trainer for Merz Aesthetics and Alocuro Training.
Dr Aleksandra Kaddour
Co-Founder & Medical Director
OLA Aesthetics
Dr Aleksandra Kaddour is a Perth-based cosmetic physician and co-founder of OLA Aesthetics. She completed her medical degree at the University of Ulm in Germany before undertaking further training in Australia and Germany, developing a strong interest in dermatology, skin health and skin cancer. After settling in Perth, she completed general practice training and further qualifications in cosmetic medicine and skin cancer.
Dr Kaddour is a Fellow of the RACGP and the Australian College of Aesthetic Medicine, where she also serves as a board member. Her practice focuses on evidence-based aesthetic medicine, skin health and personalised, patient-centred care.
Jade O’Brien

Jade O’Brien is a degree-qualified Dermal Clinician with more than 13 years of experience across leading skin clinics in Victoria and Western Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Dermal Therapies and Science and brings a practical, science-based approach to skin health and treatment.
As the founder of CURASKIN, Jade focuses on delivering sustainable, long-term solutions for a range of skin concerns. She is passionate about combining evidence-based care with education, helping clients better understand their skin and make informed decisions about treatment and ongoing care.
Dr Albert Ho

Renaissance Clinic
Dr Albert has more than 30 years of experience in cosmetic medicine and has dedicated his career to Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics, where he continues to treat thousands of clients each year. He is recognised for his extensive experience in anti-ageing treatments and his commitment to accessible, high-quality cosmetic care.
He is also passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of cosmetic practitioners, with a focus on simplifying procedures, reducing complications and improving the patient experience.
Dr David Main

Skin Resus
David co-founded Skin Resus in 2006 and has since gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of cosmetic dermatology. He was one of the first doctors in Western Australia to introduce the use of medicated injections for migraine and pain management. He specialises in ablative laser resurfacing (Erbium), Fraxel Laser, tattoo removal, treatment for tear troughs, dermoscopy for skin cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments
Dr Sam Aravinth

Samara Aesthetics
Dr Sam Aravinth is a Perth-based cosmetic physician and Practice Principal with a background in general practice and more than a decade of experience in general medicine before transitioning into aesthetic medicine.
He holds an MBBS, FRACGP (Hons) and board certification with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). Dr Aravinth is also a national trainer in thread lifts and a Key Opinion Leader for Hugel Aesthetics and Cryomed Aesthetics.
He regularly participates in international training and conferences, with a strong focus on advancing his knowledge and practice in aesthetic medicine.
Jo Maroudas

Jo Maroudas is a Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She takes an individualised, consultation-led approach, with a strong focus on patient education, safety and long-term results.
Her background as a medical representative has given her a broad understanding of products, anatomy and treatment planning from both clinical and educational perspectives.
As a clinic owner and nurse, Jo is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-informed practice. She is passionate about creating considered, bespoke treatment plans that support natural results and help patients feel confident in their own skin.

Jess is the founder of Pilbara Cosmetic and Wellness and a nurse with more than 12 years of experience across peri-operative, palliative and community care. She brings a holistic approach to cosmetic and wellness care, looking beyond surface concerns to consider the broader factors that may influence skin health and overall wellbeing.
Jess is passionate about creating personalised treatment plans that combine advanced cosmetic care with a strong focus on individual needs and long-term outcomes. Inspired by her patients and the Pilbara community, she is committed to helping clients feel confident, healthy and supported throughout their treatment journey.
